Welcome to Skyline Psychology

People often come to Skyline Psychology when something isn’t working the way it used to and life isn’t moving in the direction they expected.

Some adults seek psychological support for anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck.

Parents often reach out because they’re concerned about changes in their child or teenager, including emotional regulation, behaviour, attention, learning, or school-related challenges.

At Skyline Psychology, we provide evidence-based psychological therapy and assessment for children, adolescents, adults, and families. We take time to properly understand what’s going on, how you or your child have been coping, what’s helping, and what’s quietly making things harder. We do this rather than simply reacting to symptoms or behaviours.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that good therapy takes time, clarity, and a strong working relationship. The aim isn’t to dwell on problems, but to understand them well enough to move forward with greater confidence, stability, and resilience.

You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out. Often, the first conversation can bring clarity, direction, and a sense of hope.

You’ll find us in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
